THE SOCIETY

We are a voluntary organisation with approximately 70 members. The area covered by the Society is the whole of the Borough of Sale which includes Ashton Upon Mersey, Brooklands and Sale Moor.

Membership is open to all.  Charges are £6.00 for sole membership and £9.00 joint.  Membership falls due with effect from the Annual General Meeting which is incorporated into the November meeting each year.

Open Society Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, excluding January, at Sale Conservative Club, Dane Road, Sale at 7:30 pm.  We have a varied programme of guest speakers and both members and visitors are welcome to attend.  A small charge is made on the door; this covers the cost of the meetings and refreshments.  Newsletters are published twice yearly; committee meetings are held quarterly.
